Child Enrollment

Dear parents,

thank you for registering your child at the be smart academy.

All places for children at Alte Seifenfabrik and Villa Heimat are taken.

The admission of one and two year old children will take place in April due to laws by the Berlin Senat considering children not entering elementary school for various reasons.

 

Children have to be at least 1 year old by August 1st of the entrance year to be admitted at be smart academy “Villa Heimat”. 

Due to the new school law all children born from October of one year to September 30th the following year will enter the be smart academy and then school together(for example a child born November 2015 will be in the group of the children born until September 30th 2016)

After children with preferential status(siblings) have been admitted on the basis of space available and there are still places open, other children are invited to enroll at the bsa. In case of the early departure of children of different age groups we contact possible families of the waiting list individually and immediately during the whole school year.

An "open house" does not take place due to the high demand and almost no availability. If we have places to offer, we invite the possible families to visit us by appointment.
